Continued from 6/25/12
So after getting through Brita's medical adventure I thought maybe I should get my hip checked since after falling a few weeks ago it was now REALLY painful. After x-rays at 9am I was taken right to the hospital and admitted and surgery for my BROKEN HIP will be in the morning! No wonder I was having trouble walking! Thanks to some wonderful friends my dogs are all being taken care of and everything is under control! :)

Laurel Stone Hey all.. thanks for the prayers and good thoughts! Surgery was fine and what caused me the most pain was no eating before it! Of course they put me out so I wasn't feeling anything and I remember nothing. Last night could have certainly been better but my friend Laura brought me a mocha from Culvers that made up for it. PT guy had me walking the halls today and I'll go home tomorrow... amazing huh? I had to promise them that I had everything under control on the help front and I do! More later.... :)

Laurel Stone Home.. Feeling ok.. a bit of pain but that would be expected I would think! . Dogs were excited but waited until then settled down in crates before letting them out one at a time. Brita is coming along really well!
